I’m listening to “Decisions That Shook the World”on Discovery,and I just heard an excellent quote from the Gipper. I’m just amazed I couldn’t find it online anywhere. This was a statement in response to the question “What is the most important point that you made in your speech that will change the minds of people like those demonstators?”to which he responded “If they’d listen they’d find that everything that I’m talking about is aimed at peace. But of course,I think they operate maybe with open mouths and closed minds sometimes.”

My sentiments exactly.
